Key Job Responsibilities

• Developing and producing short films for weekends and ministries.
• Designing and animating key art for every series.
• Animating lower thirds for weekend media. (Title, names, points).
• Creating fully animated videos for weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Adobe products including Premier and After Effects.
• Basic knowledge of animation. (Knowing the different keyframes and how to edit them.)
• Basic design knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Cinema 4D.

+ Photography & Social Media

Key Job Responsibilities

• Participation in series, event, and general brainstorming and branding.
• Creation of content for social media campaigns.
• Capturing photography for select ministries and events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge with Adobe software, especially Photoshop, Lightroom.
• Experience with DSLR and could bring your own photography gear.
• Copywriting experience.
• The ability to work quickly under pressure and quick deadlines.
• An eagerness to learn and a passion for creativity.

+ Web Design & Development

Key Job Responsibilities

• Reviewing all sites for bugs or inconsistencies.
• Designing necessary splash pages or new requests.
• Refactoring old code to best practices and standards.
• Brainstorming strategies for future redesigns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic development languages: HTML5, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Ruby are our core languages.
• Popular framework knowledge: Foundation 6, JQuery, Ruby on Rails.
• Version control: we work with Git and Github heavily with our repositories.
• Design softwares: Adobe Photoshop, Sketch.
• Basic understanding of current web trends and emerging practices.

+ Graphic Design

• Creation of digital and print materials.
• Production of weekend worship experience media elements.

• Experience and knowledge with Adobe software, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• The ability to work quickly under pressure and quick deadlines.
• An eagerness to learn and a passion for design.

+ Global Project (Missions)

Key Job Responsibilities

• Providing support for the Global Project infrastructure.
• Assist the Global Project team with various projects and initiatives.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Weekend service support in audio, video, lighting, cameras and screen presentation.
• Weekend service preparation (ProPresenter, light programming, stage setup, etc.).
• Weekly campus production meetings.
• Occasional central production meetings.
• Serve at all-church events (similar to weekend responsibilities).

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of audio, video and lighting in a production setting.
• Flexibility in last-minute weekend service changes.
• Teachable attitude.
• Understanding of current trends and techniques in audio, video and lighting.
• Ability to lead volunteers effectively.

+ Connections

Key Job Responsibilities

• Working on many various Connections projects and initiatives.
• Helping with Lifeteams on the weekends.
• Helping plan Connections events.
• Weekly database processes and reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to multitask.

• Some writing experience is great, but not necessary.

+ Worship

Key Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the Weekend Worship experiences.
• Songwriting and music production projects.
• Help build Ableton sets for worship services.
• Assist with various administration needs in the worship department.
• Assist with Team Nights and Master Classes.

Preferred Qualifications

• An active and growing relationship with God.
• Understanding of basic music theory and harmony including the Nashville Number System.
• Relevant experience and basic skills on one or more of the following instruments: Guitar, Piano, Drums, Bass, Voice.

+ Youth

Key Job Responsibilities

• Attend YTH Leader meetings.
• Be available to chaperone YTH trips such as camps and Youth Convention.
• Help setup and teardown for Ignite on Sundays and YTH on Wednesdays.
• Attend campus staff meetings.
• Lead YTH Squads and be available to mentor students.
• Communicate with YTH team and volunteer leaders.
• Assist in creative planning and execution of events.
