Lead Campus Pastor Pastor

Terry is the Lead Campus Pastor at River Valley Church and helps oversee River Valley NextGen. His heartbeat is for this “emerging generation” of youth and young adults and helping them to discover their purpose, developing them as leaders, and empowering them to step out into the plan of God for their lives. He lives in the Minneapolis-metro area with his wife Christina and his two daughters Avalie and Nova.

Dasha Polyakova

Director, River Valley Leadership Institute

Dasha Polyakova serves as the Director of the River Valley Leadership Institute. Her various past leadership positions held in organizations around the world have helped fuel and inform her passion to see the next generation trained, resourced and empowered. Through a practical and relational approach, Dasha leverages her experience to help others discover their gifts, develop their passions and follow their call.
